With just one week until Christmas, Reese Witherspoon’s kids made sure to get their letters to Santa in the mail—and make a last-minute effort to get on the “nice” list.
The 40-year-old actress shared a letter to Kris Kringle from one of her three children—Ava, 17, Deacon, 13, and Tennessee, 4—on Instagram, which reads in part, “I have been a good boy” and asks Santa about his living situation. The image also included an envelope addressed to the North Pole.

“Letters to Santa complete,” Witherspoon captioned the shot, along with multiple holiday-appropriate emojis. “To the #NorthPole they go!”

Maybe Witherspoon can put in a good word with the big man. Earlier this month, the actress was photographed grinning ear to ear while she posed with Santa himself at an event for Baby2Baby—an organization that provides low-income children with necessities like diapers and clothing.

Witherspoon’s family stepped out together earlier this month for the premiere of Sing, in which she lends her voice as a busy mom and pig named Rosita.

She posed with husband of five years Jim Toth, their shared son Tennessee, and her children from her previous marriage to Ryan Phillippe, Ava and Deacon.
“Since marrying Jim, Reese is transformed,” a source close to the actress previously told People. “Even now, she often gets giddy when she talks about him. They very much complement each other.”
